International Personal Branding & Coaching Academy
This is meant for leaders who want to reflect on their leadership, the way they profile themselves in the professional context. In the end too many of us are somewhat reluctant to bring in more of ourselves at the table. This is a missed opportunity, at least that is what we think.
Does the image that other people have of you match with yours? What makes you stand out from the rest? What made you you in your life? Where do you make a difference? Which topics that are close to your heart would be worthy to be shared on stage? How can you present yourself in the best possible way, as an individual, in your current position or future ones?
In three days we will make time for individual sessions, sessions where we will discuss topics that affect your leadership and we will also make time for long hikes in the beautiful surroundings to let everything sink ik. Before the academy we will have a 2 hour individual session by Skype. Same goes for after the academy. At the end we of this program we deliver a booklet with your personal story, in words and image. A personal ‘bible’ is how former participants sometimes call it.
